location was marvelous within 10 minutes walk of tancun tube station. the hotel is not far from zhujiang park. we do recommend this venue.

Nice room

For a 5-star hotel one would expect a bit more than a room alone. No restaurant (no breakfast), no bar, paying for swimming pool, no English speaking staff, no room service, basically just a room. Unfortunately, they were rebuilding the fourth floor thoroughly starting drilling from 7AM which could be heard really well in our room on the sixth floor. Because of all of this we changed hotel after a few days.

Rooms were clean and well appointed

No restaurant, under decoration/construction, no available space in car park. said it was 5 min walk to convention centre but was 25 min taxi drive

The rooms at the hotel were comfortable, with cozy beds and a well-equipped bathroom. I especially appreciated the complimentary mineral water and pears in the room. The hotel's location in a quiet, residential section of Tianhe, near a large park, was a key advantage. There were also plenty of restaurants and shopping options just a short taxi ride away.

The breakfast at the hotel was very poor, especially for someone from Europe. It lacked variety and did not cater to Western tastes.

I can only mention its close proximity to Canton fair. That's it.

Actually, this is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed. Imagine a 5 star hotel at which the sole restaurant closes a 9pm and there's no room service. The lobby has no seats to sit. There's no wifi in the rooms and the wifi in the lobby barely works. I strongly suggest you to pick another hotel

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The fast Wi-Fi was one of the best aspects of my experience. I was able to connect to the internet seamlessly and stream videos without any interruptions. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the hotel's location in a safe residential area provided me with peace of mind during my stay. Not only that, but being in front of a large park allowed me to enjoy pleasant walks and a breath of fresh air. The hotel staff were also friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The fact that it was stated in your website that it was a 5 star hotel and as we approached the hotel it was evident that it was grossly not, also the staff hardly know how to speak english which for a hotel that hosted canton fair guests this was highly inconvenient

The hotel is located in a safe residential area, away from busy roads, and in front of a large park. It offers a peaceful and tranquil environment to enjoy. it is conveniently close to a train station, making it easy to explore the city and beyond.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was disappointing in terms of selection and quality.

The hotel provided shuttle service to the business center that made it easy to attend our scheduled meetings. the hotel's location in a quiet and exclusive neighborhood provided a peaceful environment for relaxation after long days of work. We also found plenty of nice restaurants within a close distance.

The hotel needs renovation; the bathroom, room floor carpet, and beds need to be improved.
